Position Overview
We are actively pooling experienced finance, bookkeeping, and accounting professionals for permanent, remote positions with global SMEs and multi-unit brands. This talent pipeline ensures our corporate clients have immediate access to certified professionals capable of running efficient cloud-based financial infrastructure.
What you'll do
Core Potential Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable/Receivable cycles, processing high-volume vendor invoices and vendor relations.
- Perform routine bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger auditing, and cash flow tracking.
- Prepare internal monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and compliance adjustments.
- Streamline reporting and payroll updates across cross-border financial systems.
What we're looking for
What We Look For (Vetting Criteria)
- 3+ years of corporate bookkeeping or accounting experience (Degree in Finance/Accountancy or CPA tracking is highly regarded).
- Prior experience with global finance & accounting teams in ANZ, US or EMEA.
- Advanced mastery of cloud-accounting stacks (Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB, MS Dynamics) and enterprise ERP environments.
- Faultless attention to detail, strong numerical comprehension, and an ethical approach to remote data security.
