Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you join we store your email address, company name and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. As you use the Vault we record your shortlists and introduction requests so we can act on them.

How we use it

To run your membership: signing you in, showing your shortlist, brokering the introductions you request, and sending transactional email (receipts, password resets, intro updates). We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Candidate privacy

Candidate identities are confidential. Members see anonymised profiles only; names and contact details are stored separately with restricted access and are shared only when an introduction is made with the candidate's knowledge.
