Position Overview
We are building a proactive talent pipeline of structured, tech-savvy IT Project Managers to meet upcoming mid-year demands from our international clients, software houses, and digital scale-ups. This specific pool targets project leaders who excel at managing custom web development cycles—guiding projects seamlessly from initial wireframes and UI/UX custom designs through back-end engineering, API integrations, and final deployment.
What you'll do
Core Potential Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of custom web development initiatives, enterprise website redesigns, and complex web application builds within a fast-moving Agile framework.
- Orchestrate all core Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives to maintain momentum and team velocity.
- Coordinate closely with UI/UX designers, full-stack engineers, and QA testers to break down complex product requirements into clear user stories and sprint tasks.
- Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for custom builds, continuously monitoring feature backlogs, burndown charts, and release timelines.
- Act as the primary strategic bridge between engineering squads and non-technical client stakeholders to manage scope creep, clear blockers, and align project sprints with broader business goals.
What we're looking for
What We Look For (Vetting Criteria)
- 3+ years of proven experience managing IT projects, with a distinct track record of delivering custom web development or software engineering solutions remotely.
- Robust, hands-on experience working within an Agile or Scrum ecosystem (managing sprints, velocity tracking, and MVP product scopes).
- Technical familiarity with modern web development environments, responsive design workflows (Figma layouts), and code versioning pipelines (Git/GitHub tracking).
- High proficiency using Agile project tracking tools built for distributed engineering squads (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Teamwork, ClickUp, Asana).
- Outstanding communication skills, sharp analytical logic, and a proactive approach to risk management.
